(2) Brain farts by younger players. (3) New formations. What's interesting is that the QB on that play didn't catch the mistake. Who was the QB? And who were the players that lined up in the wrong formation? While the receivers and backs can easily be blamed for not knowing where they are supposed to go, I know Tedford would be upset with the fact that the QB didn't catch the mistake.
