I know what you are thinking.  Where’d you go, TnH?  Why did you leave me, TnH?  I’m not trying to get all Poochie The Dog on you, but when I’m not around, I know you think "Where is TnH?  Why is TnH not here?  What can I personally do to get TnH back?"  Well, similar to Poochie The Dog, there was a writer’s mutiny and my horrific reign of terror was ended by, you guessed it, CBKW—- (brief scuffle)

TwistNHook:  Yes, I certainly do.  Hello there, readers.  I know there are a lot of people who don’t like me (coughsethcough) and wish I would go away.  I think we all got off on the wrong foot.  I know can come off a little proactive and for that I’m sorry.  But if everyone could find a place in their hearts for the little Cal blogger that nobody wanted, I know we can make them laugh and cry until we grow old together.

Well, ok, we might not laugh together, but after this past season, we surely cried together.  And I hope you could all understand my "eye-blinking" morse code messages while I read that prepared statement.

Either way, now that I’ve been shown the light by the Most Reasoned Leader, CBKWit, I have the august opportunity to celebrate the victor in the First Annual Golden Blogs Bowl Pick ‘Em.  Congrats to:

Montazuma’s Revenge 

He had 22 of 32 picks correct for 416 points.  The second place guy, Oh Too Easy, actually had the most picks correct (25 out of 32), but wasn’t as good with the confidence points.  Sucks to be THAT guy!   The best California Golden Blogger was CBKWit at 3rd place with 23 correct picks and 397 points.  Praise Be To CBKWit for his Most Reasoned bowl game selections.  Truly, a golden leader of us all.  I, personally, got 26th place, so I suck.

In my two week long CBKWit-imposed exile, I saw many things and experiences many experiences.  I kicked it REALLY old school with Dr. Josef Mengele and spent a few nights at Unit 731.  But none of that was as horrific as this abomination:

I actually went up to the dude wearing it and, pledging my undying allegiance to CBKWit, may he bless me with a bounty of wealth, women, and children, told the dude his hat was an abomination.  He probably thought this random guy was crazy, but HEY AT LEAST I’M NOT THE ONE WEARING A RED CAL HAT?!?!?!??!  I don’t get people sometimes.  Why can’t we all be as Most Reasoned as CBKWit????  Why?   

So, there you go.  That explains why I was gone for the past few weeks.  That explains why CBKWit now has us all by the Ayoobs.  That explains why as moderately decent as this place was under my previous leadership, Tedford alone knows how unbelievable it’ll be going forward under the Most Reasoned Leader.
