2007 Playboy Preseason All-American Team Revealed
Including the perpetual motion man, DeSean Jackson. He was named a college football preseason All-American by Playboy magazine (courtesy broncosports.com, devoted to the Boise State Broncos), in what is regarded as the most prestigious preseason All-America team. Why is this the case? Have some knowledge. In case you’re interested, the complete team breaks down like this, as far as I can tell from the following photos:
QB - Brian Brohm, Louisville
RB - Ray Rice, Rutgers; Darren McFadden, Arkansas; Steve Slaton, West Virginia
WR - DeSean Jackson, California; Mario Manningham, Michigan; Limas Sweed, Texas
OL - Barry Richardson, Clemson; Cody Wallace, Texas A&M; Ryan Clady, Boise State; Sam Baker, USC; Jake Long, Michigan
DL - Frank Okam, Texas; Calais Campbell, Miami; Tommy Blake, TCU; Chris Long, Virginia; Glenn Dorsey, LSU
LB - Keith Rivers, USC; James Laurinaitis, Ohio State; Erin Henderson, Maryland
DB - Chris Horton, UCLA; Aqib Talib, Kansas; Dwight Lowery, San Jose State; Antoine Cason, Arizona
P - Chris Miller, Ball State
K - Jeremy Ito, Rutgers
No real surprises on the list, though there are a few obscure players I’ve never heard of. Chris Miller? Ball State? They play football out there? What the hell?
Anyway, you may be asking yourself, what makes DeSean Jackson the perpetual motion man? Check this out:

Look at DeSean on the far left - he’s so fast that while the rest of the team is still, he’s literally a blur! Or this one:
Little known fact: DeSean actually was looking at the camera at the time that this photo was shot, but thought the picture was already taken and decided to take the time to tie his shoes while waiting for the next shot.
So congratulations to DeSean, and this is an honor that is well-deserved. Go Bears.

Ah yeah we play football at Ball State, we’re undefeated this year if you didn’t notice…
