Big Game Ticket Info
I just got this in my email from the ATO. I don’t believe it is particularly new info (that we don’t get a Big Game ticket in our season ticket package this year, because of Stanford’s catastrophically stupid seat reducation plan). But I just thought I would pass it along. I hope to get a ticket, but wonder if any tickets will be available by the time Group D rolls around. I also have heard some consternation as to why Group E is after Group D. But I’ll take it!

It basically says that we have 1/4th the amount of tickets we need for Big Game and then gives a breakdown of who gets ticket priority. I have seen some people consider buying Stanford season tickets and then sell off the other ones to recoup the investment. Not a bad idea, save for the fact you are helping Stanford football! And, of course, if Stanford’s season goes anything like EVERYBODY EVER expects it to, by the time the Big Game rolls around, there is going to be a glut of tickets on the market. Patience, perhaps, might be the most prudent plan.
