Hopefully, the new contract contains not only raises, but provisions making it more difficult (or at least more costly) for Tedford to leave.

Realistically, if we’re concerned about keep Tedford, the Stadium project is much more important than a contract extension. Let’s hope the University lawyers can clear the way for that to happen.
